When will my order be delivered? 

We aim to deliver your order within 3-4 working days. We will make contact with you in the unlikely event of any delays.

 

My delivery is late who can I contact?

We are very sorry if your delivery has not arrived when expected. Please give our office a call on 0117 982 2255 and we will be happy to track your delivery and provide you with an update. 

 

What days do you deliver? 

We can deliver Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. 

 

Can I pick a delivery day?

We will do our best to accommodate a delivery date that works for you. 

 

How much notice do you need for a delivery? 

Delivery is usually within 3-4 days. If you need your delivery sooner please give our office a call on 0117 982 2255 and we will try to assist where possible. 

 

Do I need to be home for the delivery? 

We would always recommend you are home to accept your delivery however if this is not possible and you feel there is a safe space to leave the goods we will proceed but will not be responsible for any damage or theft. 

 

When should I lay the new turf? 

Between March and October, we advise the turf is laid within 12 hours of delivery. Between November and February, we advise the turf is laid within 24 hours of delivery
